Food insecurity affects too many families in our district, our city and our state. Hunger is devastating to children seeking education, employed individuals and the stability of families.

These resources can assist you or people you may know dealing with food insecurity.

SNAP Benefits

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program provides funds that can be used to purchase food at participating retailers. Eligibility is determined by income and number of family members. To apply, click here.

WIC Program

The Women, Infants and Children program assists pregnant women, new mothers and their children get proper nutrition. You can determine your eligibility and visit a local office to fill out an application.
